Mobile gets heated-up

Respected Sir / Madam

I purchased 'Nokia X3 Black Silver' mobile from 'Cellucom Retail India Pvt. Ltd., Tambaram-West, Chennai' on 14th Sep. 2010. Invoice no.222233072 ; Customer ID: 222223039 ; Item 3438158100725 ; Lot no. 353770041772014

Till 18th Mar. 2011 the mobile was working and after that 'mobile gets heated-up' when connected to charging mode.

In this connection, i contacted 'NOKIA Care' centre, Tambaram on 19th Mar. 2011 and they told that 'software' was re-installed. At this juncture, i was unable to check the working since the mobile was totally out of battery charge.

When i came back to home and connected to the charger the same problem was persistent.

Again, on 24th Mar. the mobile was given back to the same service centre and till this time i couldn't get back inspite of my repeated calls / visit. As a customer, i am totally un-happy with the service and there is no evidence of 'Customer-oriented approach' in the service centre. My job sheet no. is 437465550/110324/1. For the past one month, i am suffering a lot without the mobile.

Also, my mobile is in warranty period and hence i request you to kindly replace me with a new mobile.

I wish your intervention and do the justice for me. Also, please understand that the kind of feedback that i get from 'NOKIA Care' is not upto the mark of an international brand.
