Poor performance

Sir, i have purchase Nokia CDMA-1508 set for reliance number. I have trusted on Nokia so i can't aware of checking and testing.

But this handset is of very poor performance. Its very slow to use

During call a backround disturbance and eco problem disturbing the voice quality.

Bettery backup is very poor.

So kindly arrange to change mu this handset
