Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased a Nokia Handset E5-00 from Limton Private Ltd. (Nokia Priority Dealer), BBD Bagh, Kolkata-1 on 07-01.
Since then, my set hangs 3-4 times everyday. Due to this problem, I have visited Nokia Care Centre - Everest Mobicare at 10, Lenin Sarani, Dharmatolla, Kolkata - 700 013 on 12-01, 19-01. As per their instructions, I have submitted the set to them on 19-01. But, still the same problem persists and the phone hangs very often.
So, I have again submitted the set on 04-02 as per their advise.
The detiorating quality of NOKIA Products and poor customer service of NOKIA CARE CENTRES have already tarnished the image of NOKIA as a Brand and this is surely going to effect its market share.
I hope this time they will be able to repair my set successfully or stop harassing me and make provisions to replace this defective set with a new one.
