Very bad service

Hello sir,

i am sumit, a month back i had purchased a nokia phone E 5 & from the day of purchasing i am getting

problem in it.and i went to service centre they behave very rudly to me. now i want nokia 2 give my money back

1.retailer told me that 3g is in phone but 3g is not in phone

2.vaer bad camera clearity as it is of 5 mega pixcl
