I purchased Nokia E-5 mobile phone worth 10100INR on 16th Jan. The shopkeeper unpacked the product to verify the product after the purchase. The cell phone failed to start even after charging the battery for 15 mins. I asked the shopkeeper to change the product and got a new one. He unpacked the cell phone to make sure for the proper functioning, but the cell phone responded the same, after few minutes of charging it got switched On and I took the product to the home. Now after a couple of hours of charging in Switch On mode it unexpectedly got shut down and its been 6 hour it fails to get switched On and am finally complaining. I do not know for how long its going to stay switched off.
Nokia losing customer satisfaction to 100%. Lack of proper testing and usage of Chinese products in abundance is the reason.
I do not know whether this complaint is merely a few bits of text or Nokia should pay me back my money.
