I HAD PURCHASED THE NOKIA E5 MOBILE PHONE ON 25/12 AT SRI LAKSHMI TELE SHOP, MANDYA, AND SINCE 03/04 THE MOBILE SET DOES NOT SWITCH ON, NOR GETTING CHARGED. THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE SHOP WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED AT MANDYA, AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTION IT WAS SHOWN TO PRIYA NOKIA CARE CENTER, MANDYA, THEY KEPT FOR 2 DAYS AND ON 07/04/.2011 INFORMED THAT THEY CAN NOT ATTEND FOR REPAIR AND IT HAS TO BE SENT TO NEW DELHI NOKIA CARE CENTER, REF JOB SHEET NO 876465550/110407/7 DT 07.04.2011.
THEY COULD HAVE SENT THE SET TO BANGALORE INSTEAD OF NEW DELHI, TO GET THE REPAIRED SET AT THE EARLIEST, BUT, THEY DID NOT DO SO, AS THE SET IS ONE OF THE HI END MOBILE SET, WE DO NOT EXPECT IT TO MALFUNCTION SO EARLY, I WANT IT TO BE REPLACED INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THE SAME, OTHER WISE I WILL HAVE TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT FOR DOING THE JUSTICE, AS I AM A PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL DOCTOR, THE MOBILE USAGE IS VERY MUCH ESSENTIAL, THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY SPARE SET FOR STOP GAP ARRANGEMENT, HOPE SUCH FACILITY ARE PROVIDED IN FUTURE, AND HOPE MY SET ARE REPLACE AT THE EARLIEST.
