Regarding Sound Clarity

Hi,

This is with regards to the Mobile Handset (E-5) purchased on the 1st of May from Nokia Retail outlet - Audio Voice at DLF City Center Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon. Haryana.

Complain - Since the day of purchase, i have been facing problems. The voice clarity of the mobile handset is very poor. Anyone who calls me is unable to hear my voice. I have even visited your service center here at Sector 14 but am very unsatisfied as the problem still persists. After spending so much money, if the customer is facing so many problems it will be very difficult for anyone to rely on NOKIA products. I think you should be replacing my mobile handset.
