SIR, MY NOKIA E63 WAS GIVEN TO NOKIA CARE NIMACH ON 22/7 WITH THE COMPLAINT OF ONLY FREQUENT SWITCHING OFF OF THE SET, OTHERWISE THE SET WAS PERFECTLY OK EXCEPT THAT PROBLEM, THEY CHARGED ME 220/- AND SAID SOFTWARE UPDATED, BUT ON REACHING HOME THE SET AGAIN SWITCHED OFF TOLD THIS ON PHONE AND BROUGHT AGAIN TO THE CENTRE THEY DID SOMETHING AND RETURNED AGAIN. BUT AGAIN ON REACHING HOME THE SET SWITCHED OFF AND FELT THE SET WAS BIT HOT! THEY ASKED ME TO BRING IT TOMORROW MORNING (SATURDAY) BUT THEY DID NOT OPEN THE SHOP (NOKIA CARE), SUNDAY CLOSED, MONDAY THEY TOOK AND STARTED OPERATION ON IT AND STARTED ME TO ANNOY BY TELLING ME TO COME TOMORROW EACH DAY! AFTER 15 DAYS THEY RETURNED IT " DEAD " AND PREPARED A DELIVERY REPORT WITH ALL THE FALSE REPORTS THAT IT WAS LIQUID DAMAGE EARLIER WHICH IS UTTERLY FALSE! THEY REFUSED TO HAND OVER ME ALL THOSE JOB SHEETS (3 SHEETS TO BE PRECISE).. RUSHED TO THE CONSUMER FORUM NEEMUCH MANY TIMES BUT IT REMAIN CLOSE ALL THE TIME... DONT KNOW WHEN IT OPENS!! I WANT TO LODGE COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM, MEANWHILE I LODGED COMPLAINT TWICE IN NOKIA WEBSITE BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM TOO!!! NEED SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS EARLY PLEASE
