Theft of mobile set alongwith the Sim card and memory card

My Mobile handset E71 which I had purchased last month was stolen this evening (13/01/10) while getting into a BEST Bus. The IMEI number of my mobile is 356059037908239.Would appreciate if you could help us with getting my mobile back or even if you could block the mobile so that its of no use to the thief.
