Using of Hand set which is given for repairing

Dear SIr,

I have given my mobile handset for repairing at Nokia service centre Trivandrum on 4th of this month. When it was given back after repairing on 9th Nov I found that the hand set was used for some days by the service people. I found many SMS which was received on those days and many numbers in my phone list has been deleted.
