I bought my Nokia E-72 in February.
I was working fine with some common glitches reported several times.
In first week of July, the keypad suddenly hanged and the cellphone could not be operated at all.
I too my phone to Nokia care centre.
They made me wait for quite long on the pretext that they will repair it and hand it over to me in a while only.
Then after a long wait I was told that it could not be repaired today and might be sent to their "Higher Level" the next day and will take 4-5 days.
After 4-5 days, there was no communication from them. Calls were not being taken.
Then finally a call was taken and I was told to collect it the next day.
The next day also, it wa not properly tested, although again I was made to wait for quite long and the phone was returned to me. All its data had been eraseed, including important contacts.
It appeared fine there but withing an hour, it again showed the same problems. The centre was closed for the day already and next day being Sunday, was again closed.
After that, I tried several times but no calls are being taken.
This is entirely UNPROFESSIONAL and also, since my phone is in Warranty period, it should be properly attended.
I saw similar complaints on the internet for Nokia. It seems these people are only concerned about selling their product and do not want to offer and post services.
MY TRUST ON NOKIA HAS COMPLETELY SHATTERED!
I want my money back (Rs.19950, cost of phone) or a brand new handset. It is affecting be adversely alot already.
