Nokia E72
My phone Keypad has typing error and Nokia has not answer me from past 2week

Hi,

i have submitted my e72 on 4th august and till yet i never got call from nokia for any status update.

In my phone there some typing error which was unable to resolve after software update.

Now i m helpless as i dont have my hig end nokia e72 phone please help me ASAP.
