I purchased a Nokia E 72 eight months back. The mobile phone is still under warranty.
The phone's display has suddenly stopped working though I can still make calls and receive calls.
I took it to a Nokia care center and they refused to cover it under warranty saying this is a case physical damage.
The phone has no sign of physical damaged. Only the display circuit is broken. Nokia should treat is as a manufacturing issue rather than treating it as a physical damage.
The Nokia care manager in the Gurgaon center (near signature tower) is rude and was not ready to listen.
I called customer call center and they were also not ready to cooperate.
I feel cheated by Nokia since the phone is just 8 months old. Request you to look into it.
