Key pad not replaced in warranty

I had purchased E 72 of Nokia 6 months back. One key on the key pad is out and the key pad needs replacement. Company says not covered in warranty. Ok if not covered atleast only keypad should be made avialble. The care centre people say you have to purchase complete body for Rs 3200/-. Even if I opt for buying the body they say you will have to take whatever colour comes from company.
