Nokia E72
E mail non functional

I am using Nokia E72 mobile. Since 5/5 I am not able to use e mail on my mobile. Software upgradation has been done three times but the fault remain as it is. Nokia care helpline has given me two complaints id

1-11650720417 (18/5)

I have mailed my complaints to Nokia on 18th and 19 th May

what extra efforts one should do for redressal of grivences?.
