Malfunctioning device

Hi,

I had bought an E72 Nokia (limited edition) about 15 days. Since the day I have bought it, I have been facing problem day in day out.

1. Its push mail service is not working. I do not receive mails in the E-m ail IDs I have configured on my handset.

2. Handset hangs many times when I try to surf internet over it. Same problem also happens when I try to open any other preinstalled appliactions.

Due to 1 and 2 I have suffered huge losses.

3. I have caalled Nokia CC umpteen times. Everytime they have some standard solutions, which I follow to teh T, but problem remains unresloved.

4. I have also formatted my handset as asked by Nokia Cust Care guys but problem remains unresolved.

Everyday I spend hours trying to resolve thes epplication.

I want follwoing compensation:

1. Full money refund for this handset

2. The opportunity cost. I comes out to be Rs 4, 50, 000. I can prove it in court of law.

3. Th mental agony I have gone through. Want monetry compensation for it.
