I HAVE PURCHASED A NOKIA HANDSET DURING APRIL AND WEEK AFTER THE PURCHASE, THERE WAS NO INCOMING CALL. HAND SET WAS TAKEN TO MAXTEL (FROM WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED) THEY DID RESETTING AND STARTED WORKING. AFTER TWO DAYS SAME COMPLAINT REPEATED. THEN THEY DIRECTED ME TO NOKIA CARE, WHERE THE SET WAS REPAIRED AND RETURED AFTER TWO DAYS. IT WAS WORKING. AFTER A WEEKS TIME THE SAME COMPLAINT WAS OBSERVED. AGAIN WENT TO NOKIA CARE.THEY KEPT IT FOR TWO DAYS AND RETURNED. AGAIN AFTER A WEEKS TIME THE SAME COMPLAINT OBSERVED. THIS TIME NOKIA CARE TOOK TEN DAYS TELLING THE SET HAS TO GO TO HEAD OFFICE FOR REPAIR. PROMPLY RETURNED AFTER 15 DAYS TELLING THE PROBLEM IS SORTED OUT. AGAIN AFTER 15 DAYS THE PROBLEM IS RE APPEARED. HATS UP TO NOKIA. I SPOKE TO NOKIA CARE ON PHONE AND DEMANDED FOR REPLACEMENT OF HAND SET. SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT THERE IS NO SUCH POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT.
