I had purchased Nokia Handset X3-02 Model and is still under warranty.
The phone had been given to Nokia Care Service Centre in Jodhpur 4 times for Touch Screen Problem in last 6 months. I have all the four Job Sheet Number clearly demarking nature of problem.
Every time the phone was kept for few days to 15 days and still problem persists. The Phone presently is with Nokia Care (Service Centre), M/s Care Point (Mobile No 9414137622 and e-mail: [email protected]), Olympic Road, Jodhpur which was given on Jan. 21 and target delivery date is Feb. 21.
I humbly request you to kindly allow me to ftch refund through your able court looking into repeated problem resulting into mental agony apart from regular visits to Nokia Care Centre which cost money, time and is a mental harrassment. The same has definately affected my business in large extent.
May I hence, request your kindselves to initiate actin against the inferior quality product of Nokia and allow me to fetch my money back along with interest and all cost (Rs. 25, 000) additional towards teh mental harrassment, constant visit for follow up (transportation cost) and loss of business.
Compliance to my request would be highly appreciated.
