This has with reference to a mobile that i had given for Repair with your Nokia Service center (Nokia Care) in the month of May at Thipassandra location in Bangalore.
My handset was 5610-D, and my Job sheet no is 090507/52 (the last set of digits).
The problem that i had faced was my mobile's LCD screed broke and the service center promised they will call back with a quotation within 2 days.
When this never happened i called the center back and asked abt the status only to know that it will take more than 2 weeks to get ready.
I kept following in regular intervals on phone calls only to be told by the desk executive that they'll call me back.
In the mean time, i moved out of Blr for 2 months. (June and July)
A few months passed by, Somewhere in Sept i started following once again with them on a daily basis. someone will say that they will call back but will never turn up.
One day they gave me their Manager's No and told me that he would be able to help me with the same.
I immediately spoke to him, his Name was RAM, when i told him abt my issue he told he would go to office and let me know the status.
But later there was no call.
I kept following with him and then one day he came up with the story tellin that its in the warehouse and he needs to get it back.
This went on for almost another 6 weeks where he would occasionally pick my call and tell me that he hasnt received the consignment and he is awaiting for the same.
Slowly he also started to avoid my calls, i would call him from other numbers and he would pick and say that he is not in station and give me a date in the next two weeks.
I kept following as usual and one day i realize that its almost 1 year since i have given the mobile.
I tried calling him for the last 4 days and he doesnt pick my call.
Just before drafting this mail i have called and he said to call tomorrow and confirm.
I am left helpless and feel cheated by Nokia Care.
