About no saveing videos download by internet

I am useing nokia handset (nokia 5233) and 2 nos. of memory cards, 1gb and 2gb.my problem is& ''videos (3gp/mp4 format) can't save in gallary folder after downloads by internet in 1gb memory card (free space is 400mb).2gb memory card is ok from this problem why? my mobile no is-09997970274
