with due respect i want to state that i owned a nokia 5130 xpressmusic phone.i purchased it in 2009.during first year my phone was functioning ok.then during first year the phone has some time issues with software and boot failure once and it was corrected "in jaipur nokia care on tonk road". after that for my stuies i have to move to noida there i encountered with the software crash every now and then. but they renew the software and say its fine this issue i faced round 30 times in one year and less.at last they submitted the phone for factory repair and i again have to move back to jaipur in february and since then my phone is not working its in contact service problem.
when i took the phone to the nokia care in noida sector 8 they said some parts are missing . but i said that my cell phone is not used since i have taken it back from them.
i have several times taken the phone to nokia care and mailed the customer care as well. but have not recieved any response.
i find myself cheated by the nokia care at noida sector 8.right now my phone is lying with nokia care in lucknow hazratganj for two months. now they are telling that the phone's imei is at fault.
kindly do the needful and do the justice.
