Re:- Warranty of Nokia 6700s Batch no. 353390041663400
I want to complaint against your customer care center of Agra location Turbo infotech. I was miscommunicated by your service provider person that my mobile warranty will remain continue in future if I pay this time R.1200/-., but today when I went center for my mobile they are saying that my mobile is not under warranty now. I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently paid Rs. 550/- for warranty extention also.
Request you to please look into this matter seriously as I don't want to lose my faith from Nokia this is my fifht mobile of Nokia.
