I have purchsed a Mobile Handset from Hotspot, Nokia Make Model : 3110 C (Grey Colour) during May'2009. IME NO: 353203030882560 Warranty Ref: APAINY217941609. I have noticed backup problem and defect in handset during Jun'09 and informed the same to Nokia Service Centre, Near Paradise, Secunderbad. Subsequently collected handset and returned by saying problem had been rectified. Later found the same problem and given for service again and again (3times). there is no improvement in performing of handset. When I asked them to replace handset, there is no proper response from them
Finally approched Service centre on 03/02 vide Job Sheet No: 298465550/100203/65 at 16.10 Hrs. Still there is no development in handset performance and still continue with the same problem. for past 1 week performance of handset is come worst condition. I dont have trust on Service centre to handover for servicing. I request your goodself to suggest me how to approch next time. If i want to file a case against Nokia what are the proceedures need to be followed.
