Dear team,
I had purchased one Nokia Handset last year -Nokia 6270 (14/04) with bill from Electro Pacific, Chandigarh with Invoice no. 000485.
1.Within a month (june 09) all the internal screws opened and the handset started to loose its connectivity . when i moved to Nokia Care they told me that due to loose screws inside handset is not working properly and they repaired the set and handed over it to me.
2. In the month of October the handset again started giving problem to me as the display was not working . i moved to nokia care and again i was asked to produce the original bill. After wards my set was taken by them and i was asked to come after 15 days as they have to send the same to their other department fro proper repair. I took it back from Nokia Care on 22 Dec
3. Now again the display is not working. I am in a great trouble.
The way Nokia handset has created problem and tension to me i can't explain. I am unable to receive or call from my handset.
These Kind of handsets from nokia are not expected at all.
