I have purchased Nokia Handset (Model No. 2323 c) on 17/10/09. After 1 month we have started facing problem.
Problem like automatically data lost, automatically switched off and always gets hang even that mobile was not worked for many days.
We have took it to Nokia Care 3-4 times for checking and rectifying the problems. It has been formatted and returned to us with the assurity that it works properly and will be working fine. But still the handset is giving same problems and not working at all.
Vendor is not ready to replace the handset as it is in warranty period. Also that handset was sent 2-3 times to Nokia Care by Vendor. They have changed the software also, but mobile is in same condition.
Requesting to look in the matter as vendor has harassed us too much.
