I am writing this complaint for the handset which I am using currently.
I got the Nokia 5610 for Rs. 12200/- last year and had faced lots of issues during this period using it.
I had to spend additional 1000 till date on the handset for the problems like, Display not working, Display light not working, charging problem, memory card not supporting, slide string problem, headset not working, low battery back just in 6 months period.
And still having the problems continued till date. The service provided for these issues are worst in the service centers. They do not know how to handle this kind of situations and no sense of communicating about the prices for repaing. Now if I want to sell this handset it is worth just Rs. 1000 outside. and in service center they are charging 3500 to repair it. Is it worth to get it repaired by paying so mucha nd then selling it just for 1000.
Is there any value for the money what we spend on the trusted brands? I want to know what needs to be done to get the value of rmy money after using such a scrap handset.
