I have bought new C5-03 Mobile from Nokia authorised shop. with in one week the touch screen was not working. when i took that to service center in Tirunelveli, they said this system is not original and I have to bring one software it will take 10 days so that you call me after 10 days after calling me. After 10 days when I called them, they are saying you call after 15 days it will take another 15 days.
After spending almost Rs.9, 000 and with warranty from Nokia, I did not expect this kind of service from Authorised Service centre.
Can they improve the customer service!
