I have purchased a Nokia Mobile handset, Model no. C-7 (Black), IMEI - 358261041973708 on 28.09.2011 (Copy of the cash memo attached). But, it was lost in the local sunday market during daily marketing on 04.12.2011. Immediately, I rushed to the concerned Police station to lodge my complain for the same (Copy of the FIR attached). I went to the Nokia service centre to inform them where I requested to help me to search it out through IMEI no. 358261041973708 on 05.12.2011. Surprisingly, they have refused to do so suggesting me to go to the Suptd. of Police of Ranchi... He can only help you to search it out through there network... Under the circumstances, I would like to request you to kindly take up this matter at your level to get me my mobile set at the earliest.
