Mobile Problem Regarding Network

Mobile Set Details - Nokia 6303C, No. 354867040518932.

Immediatly after purchase on 27-11 for most of the time network signal is going and coming frequently. When the sim being used on other set the netwokr perfectly ok. Visited your customer care service at Girish Park Metro (Kol) for four time but the outcome is same. The mobile set was sent your head office through said service centre for fifteen day's but still same network problem exists. Being a senior citizen I am fedup and tired with situation and request you for replacement. Kindly advice for necesarry action at my end. Waiting for your helping hand. Alternately i have to see for other oftion for replacement my new mobile set.
