I purchased nokia C 7 from the mobile store dadar west jan.all was well till one week ago.the hands free ear phones stopped working, worked with some nokia hand set, visited dadar east nokia care, they checked the hand set &ear phones advised probably ear phones are faulty.please explain why it works with some hand set if faulty.secondly at nokia care told me this is not the compatible ear phones, i got this in the box of the hand set.
