Problem with handset features

I have recently purchased one Nokia handset C2-03 model around 3 days back, its dual SIM mobile and so far faced following problem

When you are calling or receiving call on one SIM and someone is calling on your other No, the mobile indicates that you are out of range or Switched OFF, which is technically wrong. I have missed very important calls in last 3 days due to this problem

Secondly, conference facility is not working with this handset

need urgent attention to this complaints as both of these faetures are very important for our business.
