From last few days I am facing the outgoing voice problem in my Nokia Mobile Handset, Model E 63,

I went to Nokia care centre, Basement, Negi Complex, Haldwani, Contact number: 09837038276, after examination they replied that it take 20 to 25 days for repairing (No complaint of liquid in set).
I requested them to give back my mobile as tonight I am going to Delhi, tomorrow I will try to go Nokia care center directly.

I submitted the set toNRI Communication, Nokia care Centre, O - 9, 1st floor, Lajpat Nagar - Ii, New Delhi - 110024 at 23.034hrs,
In the evening around 18.15hrs, when I called the Nokia care center, (011-46528790) the executive replied set is under observation, and at 19.11hrs executive of nokia care centre called me (011-46528780) and informed me that liquid found in my set & in such case the warranty expire automatically.
They try to charge repair cost of the out going microphone is Rs. 4500/- (Mobile Current market cost is Rs.8000/-)
IT is surprising & un expected information for me that liquid found in my set. there is no such type of complaint from Nokia care center, Haldwani,
you are requested to assigned a survey team and search the fact.

I received a call of Ms. Urvashi fro Land line connection 911413980000 at 06:42pm (01.04.2011)
She told me that there is some hardware issue in my Nokia E 63 (Set) but there is no damage / scratch / lequid issue in my set.
If I am right, except all these 3 issue, if phone is not working then it is a responsibility of Nokia to rectify the issue or replace the set (Set Under warranty),
