I am Nishant Kumar from Jaipur, owner of NOKIA Mobile Handset Model No. E-72, bought in June. My warranty expired recently, and I was facing problem of data sync in between my mobile handset and Nokia Ovi Suite (on my computer). When I visited the Nokia Care Centre at New Sanganer Road, Jaipur by name of Care Zone, they said that it would take software update for my set that would solve my data sync problem. The amount they charged me to do just that was Rs. 540/- which is too much for software update. According to me it should not be more than Rs. 150/-. This service charge of Rs. 540/- is too much when there is no major repairing involved for the phone. When I asked from their employee, he said that the Nokia company has higher service charges for the N-Series and E-Series mobile handset phones.
This is a loot, when people are not usually known that such high service charges exist for Nokia customer care. This should immediately stop and strict action should be taken against the company for carrying on such unreasonable practices. The government should impose heavy penalty on the company, as any company can not be allowed to charge such high charges from its customers.

Please take immediate action against the company so that no other customer will face such a henpecked situation. A very strict action is required against the Nokia company.
