Thanks for your mail & I am sorry to say that I have not received any call form your side till date & time.
I have taken my phone from Nokia care, Noida & they replace my total touchpad. But in replacement they put a crack (break, a spot in my display board), so again this is defected mobile in my hand. This is the fault of Nokia care. The phone is hanging again in two times in a day.
Now I do my last mail & last request to you please exchange my complete set & give me a new mobile set. Because enough is enough.
I can't walk daily to nokia care because I am doing this job last 1 month & result is nothing.
Now I have the last option to take this matter on legal way or I need take help of media channels (CNBC or others).
