Dear sir/madam,
I purchased Nokia N79 from Nokia priority dealer M/s Arena Mobile Hut, Ghaziabad on 29.12.09. This phone set carries guarantee of one year from date of purchase. After few days of purchase it started giving problem like hanging, non working of keys, non functioning of Blue tooth etc. The set was repaired three times in past at Nokia care service centre but problems are still persisting.
Now again (Fourth time) the set is laying with Nokia customer care centre at Noida. I feel that there is some inherent problem in set which can not be repaired or can repaired temperedly.
We have represented the case through customer care of Nokia (Case reference number is 1-11211066300) and also written through hard copy the their regional office and head office but nothing has been done in the regard.
We are looking either phone set should be replaced or guarantee period should be extended for one year so that performance of set can be confirmed to satisfactory level.
