Respected Sir,
I am very sorry to inform u that my mobile model no. 2690 is not working properly due to software and hardware problem since long. The same was given for repairng 3-4 times to your authorised service station at baroda and they had sent the same for repairing all times to your company expert.i not understand why same problem .i.e shut down of whole mobile is coming against and against after resolving the problem from company's expert. I had also given the same for repairing on 12.07.2011 having jobsheet no.665504867/110712/24 to your service station. My warranty period will also expire in sept.11. I am suffering from this problem since long and looking to past experiance i am sure mobile will work after repairing.i had requested for replacement if replacement is not possible i am ready to gift this mobile to nokia.
