Dear sir,

i had purchased a nokia 7210C handset on 28/1, it has worked fine till June 10th, after that it has a battery fast draining problem, I have taken to nokia service centre on july 3rd but they have first re-installed the software, the result was no improvement, secondly they have sent to HO the battery and returned a replaced battery after 20 days, result was no improvement, again they have sent the handset to HO and retuned it after anotjher 20 days, result is no improvemnt, On august 21st i again taken to service center, they said we have to use the handset to check if there is really aproblem, On 23rd morning they called me and informed that it is confirmed that there is problem and again it has to be sent to HO and it will take 2 to three weaks to retuns

No my hand set is nearly 3months not useable, can you take up with nokia for replacemnt of handset
