Sir, the above hand set was given for repairs which is under warranty twice but the problems of autoswitch off continued, I once again gave the phone for repairs on 31 july I have been requesting the company to replace the hand set as after servicing the problem remains the same.
About a dozen mails have been sent to the company requesting replacement but they are not ready to listen, I am going through lot of hardship.
