Keypad not working

Sir

i got reapaired (keypad n joystick) my n73 from amedkar road nokia custemer care centre

3 times which is out of warranty they charged me 1580 rupees n still i am facing the same problem

and now problem is not upto keypad the call dissconnets itself i am totally unsatisfied with nokia care and i want my money back or fix the problem permanently

please take some action otherwise i am going to complain it in consumer court
