Espect sir/madam,
earlier this year, in march i purchase a new NOKIA N-73 handset for my father. it still in warranty period. It having problems after 6 months. when i complain this to the Shopkeeper he refuse the problem and says you repair it once to any other shop. but thats not the truth. when i bring it to the customer care they once take it in the warranty period, but after some time they says the handset is already is already opens, and soldering is done on the mother-board. but i didn't check this handset anywhere else. So i want to claim the shopkeeper that he sell me the older/repaired handset while i pay for the new and fresh piece. so i want the replacement.
please take a reaction to this as soon as possible. i am very please with that effort as i am belongs to middle class family, i can't effort a new Mobile again.
