I bought Nokia N-73 Music Edition on 15/06/09 but after 3 months there was software problem occuring in my handset so i went to Nokia Care. During Software updating my handset switch off and they booked my handset. Now after 3 months has lapsed i still not got my handset. they gave me a handset which was not working properly. Now they are saying that Nokia has stopped the production of N-73 you can take any other handset. When i said them to replace it with N-79, Care Center manager Mr. Charanjit Singh demanded Rs. 5000/- for replacing my handset with N-79. now he is demanding Rs. 3000/-. Is it the policy of Nokia to harass a customer. I have called so many times at Gurgaon Corporate office also but all in vain. Now i will lodge a case of Mental harrassment against Nokia and also will demand for Rs. 100000/- for compensation. I have so much proofs available with me that my case will be very strong against Nokia. This is for your kind attention.
