Dear sir,
i have purchased nokia N 73 (IMEI no 355718028156303) music edition last year, during warranty period its showing problems.i have already repaired keypad in the month of mar but within 4 months from last repair its showed the same problem.this month i have again given phone at mehdipatnam, hyderabad nokia care centre.job sheet no.498465550/100171/28 dt 17-07.After three days they returned my phone (for which i called them two times and they said phone is ready collect it even they had entered my mob no.wrongly on job sheet and when I asked, they answered "anyhow sir you going to call us, so it does not matter") but after receiving the cell they told that problem is not solved and due to renovation and they don't have accessories so Please come after 1 month. However i requested them to keep the phone with them but they refused.when i asked what is the use of multimedia set without memory card? their answer was :- "atleast you can make calls and sms". How i am using the phone only i know. I completely got fade up with the PRODUCT, its QUALITY and company's so called SERVICE.Now i just want to know that, is this the service we deserve from company?
Now i am just waiting for company's reply and i request you all who are visiting this site take precautions while you are going for A BRANDED COMPANY.
