I Amit Taneja purchased a N 79 set on 20 Apr according to bill. After around 01 month from purchase set started having problem. I had shown the same at Nokia customer care Vaishali. The set was repaired as per customer care center but again after 01 month same problem occurred, Same process was done by customer care. Again after around 02 months same problem occurred again. This time being in warranty they charged me for 450 Rupees. After defect rectification by the customer care new problem started of battery backup. Now when I showed them the same they are telling me to pay 2400 for replacement of IC. There are many customer who faced such typr of problems from Nokia Care Vaishali. I requested somebody to take action as the center is not working for customer care they just work as to make their money.
