I'll try to explain the incidents to the best of my efforts.

my n-82 had some problems,

the primary concern is with camera flash light.

it was continuesly glowing red even when i switched off my phone till the battery is drained.

it left the phone unusable.

the other minor issues were,

1) there is a small coloured spot on my display, i had no problem with that but since i was giving my phone for repair, i asked them to check that also if its not costing too much.

2) since software update and cleaning of phone was free, i asked them to do that also but also mentioned clearly that i dont want to lose my contacts.

i gave my phone on 6th june,

they said they will check the phone and give me a call about the expenses, but they never called. i had to personally go there and ask.

They replied it will cost me 3000 rupees. Display needs to be changed.

i asked them not to change display and rectify the flash problem only as well as software update and cleaning.

then the owner himself told me that it cannot be dont without changing the display since the problem is inter-related...

i felt he is lying... how greedy they can be for some money, but since i was not sure, i agreed to his terms and ask him to do whatever it takes to repair.

After 7 or 8 days when i went to collect the phone, the phone was ok but still it had some problem with flash which was behaving in a strange manner.

The owner tried to convince me that it is normal (again a series of lies), but i refused to take phone. Also phone was niether cleaned nor software updated.he said he'll look into the matter.

after some 8 days when i went to collect the phone, they said they cant repair the phone and called me next day to return the phone in original condition.

Now what is this premium care!!!

And to my horror when i went to collect the phone, it was a blow to me... the condition of my phone was worse than before,

They damaged the body of my phone... and when i questioned about this, they said there is no other way to open this phone. They dont know how to open the phone what kind of nokia care is this, and when i switched on my phone, i realised that display is further detoriated.

what initially was a little coloured dot, its now a considerable color issue.

all my contacts are missing, which are extremely important to me and Phone mic is also not working now that means i cant even make calls now.

Now my phone is a utter piece of crap.

i was extremely dissatisfied and refused to sign the delivery receipt.

they said nothing will be done now, u have to take the phone... and took my customer receipt also.

On my insistance they let me have a photocopy of customer receipt.

After few months months of toil and numerous phone calls to Nokia care, i recieved a call from Nokia executive Mr. Ankur. he suggested that i should submit my handset to Nokia care Bhopal and he'll do the needful, but its been 2 months i have submitted my handset and they have responded in any way.
