Technical faults

I bought a N86 in march '10. within a week videos could not be played, soon the phonebook won't open. after getting it corrected, after a month or so occasionally i couldn't dial numbers. it would correct by switching the phone on, after switching off. presently it won't edit photos and bluetooth connectivity with my handsfree device drops after e few seconds. i'm fed up with the set and want to replace it
