Bought N8 two months back, deposited it to nokia care bikaner on 25 Oct for repair of camera (defect: camera not working). my job card no 347433527/111025/8. I tried to contact nokia care bikaner on 04 Nov 11 to enquire about the status, but no body lifted the phone. I tried the other Number given by nokia i.e 30303838, reply was to try No. 08030303838, I tried that number but the reply was " the number does not exist". This is the support which a consumer get from nokia. Status of repair of my handset in nokia website is " Transfered to L3". WHAT IS THIS L3? SHALL I WAIT FOR THIS HAND SET OR BUY ANOTHER? will they extend my warranty??
