Poor Quality Product and poor service

I had purchased a Nokia N8 on 25th Nov bearing the IMEI number 355361040337146. The phone got powered off on 29th Nov and did not power on at all. I delivered the same to Nokia care on 30th Nov. The Nokia care centre replaced the handset after 23 days. The IMEi number of the new handset is 352684048052828. However this phone also powered off on 25th Dec. Which means the replacement also went dead in two days. I wish to seek a refund of my money and do not intend to be fooled again for the third time.

I request you to help me get a refund from Nokia.
