Technical problems

I bought nokia N8 on november and ever since i have been having this problem where the mobile set restarts on its own. I have sent it twice to nokia care in guwahati for repair but the problem still persist.the company should explain the reason behind this and if they cannot repair it they should either refund my money or replace it with a new one
