I HAVE PURCHASE AMOBILE HAND SET NAMELY NOKIA N-95 (8GB) FROM RAGHAV COMMUNICATION, PATNA (A NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER) ON 04.08.2009 VIDE INVOICE NO-A01378. IN MY HANDSET LOTS OF PROBLEM ARISED WHICH IS APPENDED BELOW

1. SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED (DUE TO ABNORMAL SIZE OF SLIM SLOT STATED BY RAGHAV COMMUNICATION, PATNA (A NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER AND NOKIA CARE IN PATNA)

2. ONE WAY SPEECH TRANSMISSION

3. HANDSET HANGS FREQUENTLY

4. CROSS CONNECTION ARISES

5. BATTERY DISCHARGE FREQUENTLY

6. BATTERY FALLS DOWN WHEN OPENING BACK COVER

7. RAGHAV COMMUNICATION, PATNA (A NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER AND NOKIA CARE IN PATNA) USE FORCEP AND SCISSOR TO REPAIR POINT NO. 6

8. SOUND QUALITY IS POOR

9. PROBLEM ARISES AFTER SOFTWARE UPDATION BY NOKIA CARE, BORING ROAD, PATNA
