Frequent visit to Nokia care

I've purchased Nokia N97 on 25th Jul' 2 days after purchasing it started hanging several times a day, When taken to shop where i bought they told to go to Nokia care and get it checked, these people updated the software and told that the problem will be solved, few days it was going ok, suddenly the same problem arised and when the same was taken to Nokia care on 2nd Sep they reinstalled the Nokia software again and told that problem is resolved, Few days after the wire less operations (Blue tooth, FM etc) stopped working, it was re submitted on 23rd of Sep and they took around 20 days to get the thing fixed, they told that the part was replaced, again on 14th dec it was submitted to Nokia care as vibrator was not working and hanging problem has again started, the phone has been submitted and it is told that it will again take some 15 days to get the same gixed, Nokia should know that they are making phones to be used not to be kept deposited at Nokia care for months, out of 4 months it is lying with nokia care for a month.

I dont know that whether I've bought the Nokia phone for ease of usage or for getting frequent visits to Nokia care, Similar case was observed with my previous Nokia model N96, out of 1 year of usage it was lying at Nokia care for 4 months, Now i would like that some one senior from nokia care to call me back on priority today itself or I'm going to file a case in consumer court.
